I recently bought one of the pvr-802w lens replacements on eBay to replace the khm-430 lens that crapped out after I kept a game on pause for an hour. the seller I bought it from has yet to send me a guide or a link to a guide on how to install it. i was wondering if anyone out there can give instructions or a guide on how to put this new lens in. I?m under the assumption that there?s not much more to it than removing the anti-static bridge but i wouldn't even know how to do that. Any help is appreciated.

remove the solder with desolder wick/braid . take the top of the ps2 off and you will see the laser assembly ..
