Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

It gave you a restricted message because you entered with the T-Mobile sim in. Use a NON ACCEPTED SIM
