I HAVE AN OLD PAL TV BUT SOMETIMES I DOWNLOAD BY MISTAKE A NTSC GAME SO IT WIILL BE GRATE TO HAVE PROGRAM THAT TRANSFERS NTSC GAMES TO PAL IF YOU KNOW A PRROGRAM THAT DOES THAT IT REAL REALY HELP.

I know there is an PAL to NTSC converter... I don't know of any NTSC to PAL though.
