If you order using a credit/debit card, just call your bank and tell them that you ordered something and they never sent the item or something.

Hi I purchased a 4gb hard drive for the PSP for 120 GBP from www.consolemoduk.co.uk on march 28th. I haven't received anything yet. I contacted the company more than 10 times but there wasn't any response.
I payed by Visa debit and contacted my bank who were of no help. They said I authorised the payment and so it's not fraud. They said contact trading standards, but I don't think they will get my money back.
The site is still up and running. In fact I googled it and he has another site with exactly the same format and company name:
jasonosei.hostingisfree.com/shop
Now on the site there is an option of bank tranfer which has his bank account details. He has an account with Natwest.
Can someone advise who I should approach?
My bank? No help
Natwest bank?
Police?
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk?
Nochex? I have emailed them, but I think they will just give usual crap of not wanting to get involved
Other suggestions?
I really want to act while the website is up and running.

The same thing happened to me with this site also. I was wondering if there were any others. Perhaps we could lodge a joint complaint or something. perhaps its better if there's a group of complaints or something.

i ordered off them over a year ago i did get my item but it took ages around a month to come and they never replied to any emails i sent them

email disputes@consolemoduk.co.uk and that will proccess a refund or dispatch your item, it says it on the website.
i email them and they are resending my product.

I read bad reviews about www.modchip.com after I had bought a product, such as complaints about products coming after 20 days or never receiving the product at all, but I received mine in 4 days for $3.95 shipping.

if its based in UK then the BBB cant help. I remember legislation being pased that let you cancel any payment on a credit card within 60 days. Why did the bank refuse to return your money?

hi i ordered from consolemoduk over 5 weeks ago a psp for my husbands birthday it still hasnt arrived im so mad with the company they take your money straight away but then never send your item something needs to be done.
