Motorola V220 Confusion

Hello. I have read MANY threads in this forum about unlocking the V220 phone. I have tried the rapidshare site and once I followed the instructions, it told me that it could not connect. I have followed many links to the PKmanager and motorola tools and everything seems to be down.

I have a V220 and a USB cable and all I want is 1 lousy picture from my phone onto my pc but I cannot figure it out. Will someone pleaes give me specific instructions on EXACTLY what I am supposed to be doing? I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!!
