no way to use CB to cheat with mem card exp?

I was wondering uf there was anyway to use cheats with cogswap? Or is there a loader than can use cheats? I found rkswap, but it has a horrible translation, and I don't know if it need master code or not, or even if it uses AR codes, because the code file it comes with uses odebreaker type codes. it also has a clunky interface. any elfs or methods to use cheats?

I guess you could download action replay or the new swap magic coder (which is basically swap magic + action replay...)
