Hey Folks, I have a good one for you. I backed up Speedracer using shrink and decrypter; the best that I could do was shrink it down to 4.6GB; still too large to burn to dvd. The source dvd is gone. What remains is a raw 8GB iso (from iso read from dvd decrypter) and also, I have a 4.6GB iso image from shrink/decrypter process.
How can I take the remaining ISO's (don't care which one) and remove any unnecessary video or audio to shrink it down to under 4.5GB so I can burn it onto a dvd for backup purposes??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know we have several GURU's out there that know how to tackle this issue.
Thanks, in advance for the help. By the way, I've never seen a 300 minute dvd/movie before. That's just downright Crazy. GO SPEED RACER. GO SPEEDRACER. GO SPEEDRACER GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

If you use DVD Rebuilder/CCE Basic, it will output the file to exactly fit on a DVD-RW. 8GB to 4.38GB is a lot of compression. DVD rebuilder/cce will really shine.
If you like freebees, just use DVD-RB/QuEnc. It will work well...

Or just load the iso that is already 4.6 GB through Shrink or Recode again. You could also try a custom size for DVD output in Shrink, most people recommend 4300 mb. And if you are going to use DVD-RB free, I would recommend using the free HC encoder along with it, quality is almost on par with CCE from my personal experience (as limited as that may be :) )

As JXP2307 pointed out Rebuilder will also do this for you. The advantage of this is that the output result will be far better than Shrink on such a large disc.

Thanks, guys. I would love to try Rebuilder. Does anyone have the link handy for the download?? Is it easy to use??? I have plenty enough time to try it and compare it to the Shrink copy.
