if you meant to ask about a psp emulator.. here is how it goes.

If you are on 2.0+
you cannot play back up psp games, however you can still play nes,snes, genesis, c64 games and so forth,

if you have a 1.5 you can play all homebrew and play backup psp games...

if you have a 2.0 then you are in luck cause a 2.0 is downgradeable so that you can play the isos, and classic console games and the homebrew.
