No menu or tabs in taskmgr for windows xp

Does anyone who knows how to restore the menus and the tabs at the top of taskmgr that allows you to select and manually run processes or check what applications are running?

I fixed the problem. ITs just that when I tried double-clicking the borders it didnt restore them until after I rebooted the computer.

Your task manager maybe a little corrupted. Mine switches back and forth with out any problems.

Try running System File Checker. It should fix the problem.
