nokia 6230i connect to pc via blue tooth

I cannot seem to get my Nokia 6230i mobile phone connect to my computer via the Blue tooth or infrared? I installed PC suite that came with the phone,
Do I need to buy any other accessories before I can connect? Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to buy anything else?
I keep getting this message; cannot use the connection type check that all the needed hardware, software, drivers are available
can anyone please help

I really do not know about the UK stores.

One place to check will be www.cellphoneshop.com
I think they deliver to anywhere and are pretty reliable and fast.

I am not affiliated with them. I have ordered a couple of things from them and they seem to be reasonable.
