When I go to www.playstation.com
I tried to go to the forum and it takes me back to the home page for playstation.com

I also tried to go to another site that uses flash media and keep taking me back to the main home page for that site.

I did update the flash player.

Flash Player 8.0.24 for IE: http://filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/

Flash Player 8.0.24 (Non-IE):

http://filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/

See if those standalone installers can help fix the problem(s)...

It could also mean that your browser's security settings/configurations isn't configured correctly...

Error 1904.Module C:/WINDOWS/system32/Macromed/Flash/Flash8.ocx failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473 Contact your support personnel.

It reported that when I tried to install that flash player from that link you gaved.

The aol software.
I tried to use it on IE, still doesnt work. I even unstaill and reinstall. Then it did install. However, that still doesnt solve my problem. It still takes me to the home page when I visit a flash site.

it works for 20mins, then it stops working . so i had to restart the computer. sometimes dont work at all.
Example

www.playstation.com
I try to quote somebody, it takes me back to main home page.

Hmm...maybe your flash player is corrupted...

Have you tried using a different browser other than AOl's or IE?

Avant Browser, I tried that one too. Still doesnt work.

I thought it was also a Java problem.

When I went to www.playstation.com and try to report someone on the site and it shows that its using java and then it refresh the site and takes me back to the main home page.
