Hey guys I just did a backup of a dvd. I then did a scan of the disc quality and have no idea what all the lines mean. What does PI stand for? and Jitter is what?? what do the graphs represent and do you want the graphs high or low? I see my quality is 98 which must be pretty good. I am using 16x verbs and burn at 16x with a sony 810ul external burner.
98% is very good, if only I could see it. But either way 98 is very good, and you want the graphs to be low, meaning the spikes. So the lesser the better. Storm~
How the heck do I get a screenshot to show up like you guys do? I just do a printscreen then pasted it into microsoft paint and uploaded it to photobucket. Why is it so small?
You used upper case letters for your image: should be lower case.
[*img]your uploaded pic.com[*/img]
I placed those 2 asterisks in the image tags so it didn't think it was an actual host site.
To take a screen shot: I leave the cursor on the pic/hold alt down, and then hit printscreen. I open up paint/edit/and paste that pic. I then save picture as/and sent it to my scanned pics folder-but make sure you convert them to png or jpeg. When you click save picture as,look at the bottom. Bitmap is usually the default setting-I use PNG for smaller pic,but very good quality picture. I also have dial-up and it'd take forever to download a bitmap format picture.
Then download that jpeg or png pic through photobucket. It'll give you 3 options so you can post those pics. I use the top one-copy link and then paste it into a post, and then add the image tags- img with the brackets [].
Edit: Here's your pic: hold down alt when you click print scr key.
Also save as png format into your folder for your scans.
