how much gigs do you have to upload in order to get blazing speed and higher priorty? ive uploaded 15 gigs and average a 20kb download,on a 380 dsl system. does that sound normal? thanx for any help

uploaded where? there are all kinds of file sharing locations, need to know what you're using before we can help you. your download speeds are going to depend on what you are connected too, and what their capabilities are. your dsl, is that 380Kbps? alot of ISP's rate in kilobit's not kilobytes, so your 380kbps connection could actually only be 38KB. and most ISP know nothing of computer mathmatics and they just move the decimal over instead of truly doing the correct math (1mb being 1024bits, not 1000bits like they seem to think)
