Hi, I desperately want a HD for my PS2. I only want to buy only a Network adapter and if a HD in my PS2 goes and works well with the free version of HD loader will maybe after buy HD advance 3.0. I downloaded HD loader DVD version off a torrent, I work as a computer analyst and can get an HD easily for free from work. They throw ones that are perfectly alright out all the time and some are 160GB! So anyway The HD loader version is a version called The free HD loader, something like that, does that allow you to rip games straight to the HD from the PS2 drive? And does the network adapter take a long time to install on the PS2 mechanically and technically?
Will PS2 Handiness allow me to send isos straight th my HD in my PS2?

The free HD loader allows you to rip games from your ps2 to the HD. You can also use a program called winhip to transfer files to the hd from your computer. can you send me one of those thrown away drives? im about to mod with a crystal chip and want to do the hd thing too.

I know this is dumb, but bear with me...Whats a good HD for a version-4 Ps2? Also, would you use HD advance 3.0 to put games that i would like on it? Thanks,
Renshaw

PS2 harddrive let's you save PS2 games to them to bootup with a hd loader. You need the network adapter though. Look at a PS2 mod site like - http://www.teammodders.com

-Mike

EDIT : Around £60 for a 160gb hdd.
