I'm having a problem with Adobe Premiere 6. It won't load certain files that it loaded without a problem a few weeks ago. And it won't load old projects that contain those files.

The error message I get is:

"Unable to open that file.

File was recorded at an unsupported rate. The supported rates are 11kHz, 22kHz, 32kHz, 44kHz and 48kHz."

I don't understand what changed on my computer to prevent it from loading these files, but is it possible that it's a codec that was either there before and isn't anymore or has been installed since I last used to program and is causing a problem now? Because, as I said, these files were importing into Premiere just fine before.

I used Gspot to check the codecs for the files and it says they're all fine and installed on my computer.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can try to fix this problem?
