For some reason, when I installed Evox and softmodded using SID4.5 the skin folder was not created. I tried creating the folder manually directly in "C" and still only the original skin was available.

I then updated Evox with AID3.0 and it created a "skin" folder in the appropriate place and added a ton of skins. However, Evox will not pick any of them up.

I have a feeling there needs to be an edit to the evox.ini file, but I have not idea where to begin.

Any ideas???

the skin folder should be under your EVOX folder on whatever drive EVOX installed on, EVOX installed on my (E: Drive), check out your e drive...

Yeah I found it. SID4.5 installs multiple copies of evox. I was under the assumption that the copy on my C drive was the one being booted to. I copied "skin" to E and it works just fine.
