SWF videos with menus

Hey guys, ive downloaded a swf file but when i try to convert it to avi it just gets stuck on the menu. Other swf ive converted without menus are fine, but the ones with the menus just say at the menus when converting. I just want to know if there is a way around this, so i can convert this excellent video in avi.

P.S. i did one with a menu, but the ones that get stuck are the ones that usually have to load. e.g. zelda one stays at 97 percent. Ive downloaded some of these videos off of newgrounds.
