Okay does anybody know if possible to have an ISO of the game wipeout pure and load it with some ISO loader, and still be able to use the internet hack with it?

if so, what programs do I need?

see what im trying to do is load the fired up browser thingy with UMD emulator... any ideas?

First get umd emulator
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/92
when you extract it with WinRAR you get
PSP, UMDEMULATOR, folders
copy the UMDEMULATOR folder to the root of your memory stick ie straight onto the stick dont put in any other folders.

Now go to the PSP folder and in the you find GAME folder in that you should see two folders called UMDEMULATOR and UMDEMULATOR%
copy those to folders to your psp memory stick in the PSP\GAME folder.

Now get Fired up browser.
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/121
Extract it with WinRAR and youll get ISO folder and WEB folder
copy the Web folder to the root of your psp memory stick.
Copy the Fired Up browser file thats inside the ISO folder, to the ISO folder on your psp.

To start go to GAMES and start fired up.
When the game start choose EXTRAS then DOWNLOAD.
Click CONNECT and choose a Network Connection.

*PSP_GAME/
*UMD_DATA.BIN

when I pick either of them it just boots back to the normal menu screen ... no game loads or anything..

PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.bin is the ISO but it has been extracted. It wont work if you leave it as PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.bin
dont extract it and leave at as it was before, that was the iso.
If youve already deleted it then youll need UMDGEN to rebuild the iso.

ah okay i see what i did, winrar reads .iso files like a .rar and so I just skipped through it heh..

okay so on the menu now it says "Fired Up Browser.ISO"... but when I select it, it still just boots back to the main menu...

any other ideas?

ah nevermind you have to then go and boot the UMD and it thinks the UMD in there for example Untold Legends, is the ISO... good stuff!
