yeah i got nero oem edition from a frind to download to my computer and i burned 4 borthers on my hard drive from dvd fab decrypter and then i went to burn it today and it says dvd video plug in is missing or something like that....what i do?is there a free verseion of it.....

If your using the oem version then you probably don't full access to app's like Recode. So if you want to put this on a single layer download Shrink. Open the files thru shrink to compress and as long as the oem version has Nero burning rom Shrink will use this to burn.

There's a trial version of Nero that you can download from Nero, it's full function. You either need to purchase the app or you will have to download and reinstall the trial periodically. So far there's been no limit to downloads and use of the trial, but it gets to be a pain doing the downloading and installs. Recode2 is the app you need for transcoding and burning DVD backups from the apps in the Nero suite.

If you decide to use Shrink, then you'll need burner software. The Nero Burning ROM in the Nero you have will work or you can use the free DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. Since it's already loaded, the Nero makes sense. ;)
