If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

i need an unlock code for Nokia 6102, usa, cingular, imei=357100000225588...
i've already tried...

both did not work, if anyone can help me out asap i would greatly appreciate it. I tried both with the sim in and with the sim out.
