Can only burn on image drive...ASAPI problem

I am new to this so please excuse my absolute ignorance.

I tried to back-up some of my folders using Nero (most up-to-date drivers) but it comes up with an error message stating something about WIN_ASAPI not found.

What the hell have I done?

Advice would be very much appreciated.

There are so many entries about ASPI matters I'm sure I can find something.

Download Nero ASPI from Ahead site. Or download ForceASPI and use it to install Adaptec drivers.
