burning bitdefender with nero-is this right?

I have bitdefender that is sitting in winrar right now. I have extracted the folder, and I see the exe. file. I opened Nero and want to make a data cd,I was able to drag that folder in winrar to the nero add files window. Is that all I have to do. I want to put this software on another computer. Once it is on that cd, Will it expand from the cd when I use it on another computer that doesn't have winrar. If this is not right, please explain so I could properly do this. Thanks
