Wanna get into modding PS2 i know of the solder method but I have know patience for that. I just recently discovered the the swap and the hard drive methods my question is which product would be the best non chip non exploit solution for playing game backups on any version.

soldered in mod chip hand down is the best all around solution.
with the right chip (DMS4 Pro) and a hard drive you would be set.
You could play all your back ups and the one's stored on the hard rive would have faster load times then the one's on DVD
