hey,

will someone explain to me very clearly how to put my downloaded games onto a psp version 2.60
please try not to use technical terms because i cant understand all off that lingo:)

2.6 CANNOT run iso's, nor can it downgrade, you can put some homebrew on ur psp but you will require the umd of GTA LCS.. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/300895

By downloaded games do you mean homebrew or ISOs? If you mean isos, then im afraid you CANNOT play them on a 2.6 firmware. Its impossible right now and will be for a long time.
If you mean homebrew, search google for fanjitas and ditlews eLoader and follow the instructions in the readme.
