DVD backup With Replicant (DVDx problems)

I recently bought Windtalkers DVD and want to back it up, and I want to rip it and then burn it onto CD-R's, but i got it onto my computer, into the IFO file and when i opened DVDx, it took about 8 minutes to encode, and it only encoded teh first chapter, only about 10 min or so. How do i get this to encode the whole thing, i havent found any tutorials for this and the replicant site is horrible so does anyone have any experience with this?
