yea, i downloaded the MameOX and the 1028plus or watever one for the xbox, and i put both on my xbox, now i put the roms and stuff in the right place, its just when i try to play the game, it goes to the blue screen, and then just freezes. I heard u can change the .chd to .img but i dont know where to go to get the program. If anyone can help me wit this, please help :P. thx

first off, you don't want to play KI for xbox. The game is wicked slow and runs like crap. I do have both files and would be willing to give them to you anyway. reply back and let me know and I'll shoot you the download link in a PM. The link is to my personal webspace.

hey i have a simular problem. just mine is in the raiden series for the mameox .7...(something=( i have the first one working raiden.zip but i cant getany others to work like the jet series or the fighters series or raiden 2 ... you get the idea. i was wondering if either of ya'll do.

Never heard of Raiden for MAME. Is it a good game? Where did you get the files, sounds like you have incomplete zip files. You may want to see if it lists any files as missing then google for them.

yes it is a good game. well fo me anyways you in a plane and u go around shooting other planes...you know what here's a link so you can try a cheap version of it (though i do respect the person who made it for taking the time to give their respects to such a game.)

its not as fun as the real deal and way to easy but itll give you the ideal of what it is. i did get the raiden jet working but WAY TOO FAST...right around twenty times as fast as it is supposed to go.

i mean like i got the CHD file and everythnig but i cant seem to find chdman so i tried the hdman thing or wateve rits called, but it says invalid somethiing "kinst.chd"...so i dunno what to do, maybe if u already have the .img file u can host a torrent on there or something, then i can just download it from there :0

To get everything working right you shouldn't need any other files other than the kinst.chd file and the kinst.zip file. In the roms directory of Mameox, make sure you put a folder called KINST. Inside that folder put the kinst.chd file. The zip file you just put in the Roms directory. If it still doesn't work you may have bad files. To change the chd to an img file, just rename it.

i dont think it works because when people convert it to a .img with a converter program it comes out to be a different size with a different hash and all that junk... i just cant find the progs to do it :( so i was hopin someone can just make a torrent out of it and post it on one of the torrent sites :)

truly, this game is unplayable on xbox. its barely playable on an amd64 w/ 3x the ram of an xbox, you don't have a shot.
