Im using tmpeg to convert xvid 23fps avi`s to NTSC DVD format 29fps,it works fine but when the camera pans the movement isnt smooth..Ive tryed converting at 23 fps but it isnt dvd format so the dvd player wont read can some one please help me smooth out this problem....

Well generally, tmpgenc gives kinda weird playback!!
