Is there any such think as a VCD shrink? It usually will take two cds to fit a full movie on. But Ive run across a movie that requires less than 2 full disks {the second part thats converted only needs 6 minutes.} I used DVD shrink and removed the credits from the beginning and the end of the movie, but it still requires about 3 more minutes to see the ending. Is there away to shrink a VCD? I just need to get that three minutes onto the one disk so I dont need two disks for 3 louisy minutes.

You can't shrink a VCD, since VCD requires a set bitrate, if you shrink it it isn't a VCD anymore. Still I am not aware of any MPEG-1 transcoders, so you would need to re-encode to an XVCD. Could also try overburning.
