I have tried everything! and nothing has worked, I have a slim scan (network ready) model PS2 and a Toshiba PCX2600 cable modem, I need suggestions! Please help!

So you have ran the Network installation disk,
And entered the needed data into the program?

Its not 'plug an play' as you have to enter DNS information
and such so the ps2 knows how to connect.
