i am haveing the same prob. as every1 else. i have a V635 Motorola cell phone i bought and i hooked up the USB cord and put in the CD that came with my phone (motorola Mobile Phone Tools version 3.0) my OS is windows XP i down loadded the disc amd followed the instruction. i did everything it told me to. but it doesn't recognize the phone is connected please help where do i need to go to get this app. to make it work what web site is it small enough to put on a flashdrive? please help thank you for your time
