I have a copy of Sega Ages 2500 Vol. 17 Phantasy Star Generation 2. It's in Japanese and I was wondering if there was any way I could rip the game and extract files to rewrite some of the text and the menu to English, then burn the game again. If this is at all posible please let me know. Thank you.

you cannot do that i'm afraid. your best option will be to find a translation guide on the net.
