Resident Evil 1,2,3 Backup Booting Problems On PS2

I can't seem to get them to boot on my PS2 using the swap method with the breaker pro, gameshark lite and the memory card exploit. I've burned about 20 copies on different settings/speeds/programs and none of them will work when using bin/cue and ccd files. Other games run like Final Fantasy 8 and Street Fighter Alpha 3 but not any Resident Evil games. Anyone have any idea on what im doing wrong? Could it be something with the TOC? I've even tried it in an emulator and they work. Thanks in advance.

im having a problem with backing up resident evil as well, i think there is protection on their game but im not sure, its like i can get the game to play but it will freeze after a while and its a pain.
