Click transcode new video then open the video and choose all the settings u want then when its done click copy on the left then it will copy/rename everything to ur mem stick...

Well if you didnt notice, when you download a Google Video file, it comes up as a .GVP and is only like 50kb and can only be used with the Google Video PLayer lol.
