FTP speeds?

How fast are the transfer speeds when sending a ISO to the PS2 HDD through FTP? Or am I better off buying a HDD enclosure and going that route?

The transfer speeds are as fast as the network device and the HDD device.

ie; 100Mbit Ethernet
ie; 7200 RPM Drive

Compare and do basic math.

my FTP speeds for sending normal files is about 100-150kbps,dunno what the speed for games is but it takes about 45min to send one ISO. I really recomend getting an enclosure or opening up your computer and putting your HDD in it. FTP is very slow and unstable if it stuffs up it can be very annoying.
