I have been cruising the forum and looking online but is there a way to apply my own wall paper and ringtones without unlocking the phone. Does unlocking the phone do anything why in service other then let you change it when you are done with that contract.

yes I think you can put MP3s and pictures on without unlocking the phone. I am not sure though. Try downloading and installing the usb drivers for the V3
