hi can someone tell me how to get my channels back i reset my box and cant remember how to get them back now before my other half comes home thanks

after you have done a factory default you will get a screen called easy installation

after you see this look to the bottom option and click it auto scan

next box you see you top select provider if you are on N** leave that and just press the green button onlythen just leave it

next screen you should get a list pick the one closest to you if you on n** Ireland choose legacy top item and then just let the box do the rest

i havedone all this and it only giving me some channels i dont seem to have them all it was saying tp all ready there or something like that any ideas ??

clair did you follw the instructions above

you need to press the green button you prob pressed the yellow one by mistake

have another go start at the beginnening again do a factory default 0000 then press ok

when you get to the next sceen do the same as above but make sure

its the green button you are pressing on the remote and make sure you have no splitters on the feed coming in

let me know how you get on
