I have tried everything, and have been directed to the wrong places confused with the eur version. My iso is 1.15gb how do I get it down working fully to fit on a 1gb. This has been a big topic in a ton a places any help would be awesome.

try a ripkit

or
Extract iso with winrar
then use
UMD ripper to rip
and the UMDgen to rebuild the ISO
