with the sim in I can't dial any numbers, but with it out i can. Should i try it without the sim?

Press #
Press * 3 times fast for (p)
Press * 4 times fast for (w)
Press * 2 times fast for (+)
Verify code before pressing the last #.
If it still says Restriction on after you have entered the code, then the code is incorrect.
If it says Restriction Off, then the phone is unlocked.

Nothing happens. I've been reading through some stuff more though, and I think my phone is locked now, thanks anyways.

Hi, I put a t-mobile sim card in my phone (it's original provider) and it worked with that. I thought maybe I could try to unlock my phone again now, but i read on the back that it is a 3220b. Can you get me new codes if you think they'd work? Thanks.
