I have copied a vhs tape to a dvd using a stand alone recorder and put the resulting vob files on the computer with the view to editing with adobe premiere 6. My trouble is adobe doesn't reconize vob"s. what programs could i use to convert to what format, so adobe will accept them for editing.i have used a few with little success.
