I have ffdshow installed which allows me to play mp4 (AVC1 codec) videos with MPC, but the moment i try to import it into TMPGEnc it shows up as a 16x16 image, can anyone explain what the bloody problem is, i'm pulling my hair out on this one!!! thanks.

fair suck of the sav! no one knows why i'm getting a 16x16 pixelized video image? I thought the author of FFDShow live around here, maybe he can shed some light on this phenomena? or is this the wrong time to ask being easter n all, comes to show I have no life!
