I have the USB cable for my RAZR phone but I do not have the CD-ROM. How do I install the program free?

plug your USB cable to your computer and turn off your phone when connecting to other USB end. after it's connected turn on your phone and the computer should identify it. The software is something you have to download on your own. I'm currently working on getting the correct version. Still when those two coinside then your program will be set up. No CD needed.
