Have there been any updates to take a PSP that has FW 2.50 on it and downgrade it to FW 2.00 or 1.50 to be able to run ISO's yet?

No, theres not even a downgrader for 2.01 yet, and it will be along time before any comes out, if they come out at all.

There absolutely no way of rolling back any firmware from 2.01 or higher
Am afraid ur stuck with 2.60...which isnt bad either.
