My ps2 is taking ages to load my 'legal' backups and before i thought it was because of the clicking and squeaking problem but i fixed that but after about a week it started to take even longer but ive played these games with these disks for about 5 months so i don't know whats wrong with it and i need advice.
I use swap magic if anyone wanted to know.

try burning your games a speed faster for example if your burning at 1x burn at 2x, that should solve your prob

ive always burnt these games at 2x and they worked fine.
Howvere if thats your opinion i might aswell try it coz i wanna play my games
