HELP Windows restarts while loading up windows

Please someone help i have windows xp pro with sevice pack 2, i am running
KN1 xtreme motherboard
AMD Anthlon 64bit 3.5ghz processor
1 GIG DDR 128bit RAM (Dual Channel)
256 Radeon X800 graphics card
150 gig s ATA hdd
Everytime Windows loads up to the desktop it restarts!!! I have checked the hdd and graphics card and all is ok but still keeps happening! Could this be to a registry error or driver error?? PLZ HELP

Hey found what file it is - av51t.sys file ends process unexpectedly please contact system administrator. Is there away of replacing this file or fixing it??
