Need help to mod my V14 PS2 slim console-Urgent

Hi all,
I have a V14 PS2 Slim, im in India and im not getting the Matrix Infinity Green Dot or the DMS4 Pro, but a guy who deals with PS2 and Xbox says that he has a chip named Alladin and S7 which is working for the PS2 V14 consoles. Do you think that is a reliable modchip or do you think i should order it online and get the Matrix or DMS4 fixed, which do you suggest?. Any idea where i can buy the modchips online with my Credit Card, coz the modchip.com site doesnt accept my card and keeps declining it. Im desperate to get my console fixed Please help me guys its been about 3months and no mod yet.... :( Help guys.
