my lense is worn out so it cannot load a lot of my backups or they froze........what are alternatives to play backups/downloaded games? I have a external hd but when I connect it to my ps2, usbextreme/usbadvance says it doesn't recognize the external hd. I don't want to buy a HD for my ps2 but if thatz the only choice i will. Can I play games over the network using ps2link or sumthing like that? Also I heard that using usbadvance/usbextreme I can connect my ps2 to my computer and it will treat it as an external hd, is it true? i would try, but I don't have my usb cable now. Is there a way I can clean the lense without opening my ps2? Please help me find an alternative

The line below is true.
The line above is false.
