was told by a friend that u can play ridge racer with only one copy for a number of players (said only for 2.00+)

is this true?

which games can do this?

do they need the same firmware??

Yep ive tried ridge racers and it definately works, it depends some games work some dont u just gotta experiment with them, and no they dont need the same firmware, as long as the game ur trying to play works then ur fine..

do u go to game sharing?

my cuz has 1.5 and i have 2.6 and he has ridge racer but i go to game sharing and we cant find each other

Well i cant explain properly cuz i used a japanese copy of ridge racers,

1)User 1 starts ad-hoc and sets up his car
2)User 1 takes out umd and puts in User 2 PSP
3)User 2 searches for game (u should see a psp with a red circle which makes a beep and goes in and out)
4)User 2 joins game and chooses car
5)User 2 gives umd back to user 1,
6)User 1 lets psp load until he is in the race
7)User 1 gives umd back to user 2 and user 2 lets psp load until he is in the race.

Note: The game wont start until u are both on the circuit, dont worry about getting behind because no one can start without the other person..
