I need to know where i can download an mpeg2 codec so I can play dvds on my computer. Because everytime I try to play dvds the video part on the screen flickers. You can hear sound but you cant see the video. It does this on all my media players. Im pretty sure it because I need that codec. Where can I get it?

A Few options, basicly, if you install PowerDVD or WinDVD, it will also install a MPEG2 Codec, or you can go to the link below and download a free MPEG2 Codec:
