I have wihiip to add images to my hdd for hdl ps2.I use dvd decryptor for iso's and some times i get 2 images labeled dvdimage.101 and a .mds file that is 5kb. I use the mds file for the image and it recognizes the game as a 4 digit mb.But as soon as i start to load the image it creates and error report and shuts down immediatly? can i get some help?!

convert your HDD from FAT32 formating to NTFS so dvd decryptor doesnt split the image. That should get rid of the problem. Try google for convert FAT32 to NTFS.

If you still have the KHII image, burn it to a DVD and play the gummy parts with the disc and when you've opened passages save and then boot with HDLoader and play from your HD. In order to play burned games you will need a modchip or Swap Magic, or some other bootable disc, Code Breaker, AR Max, etc.

Andrew 691.For info.

I have used DVDD many times with windows XP and NTFS file sys.
It always gives me an ISO and an MDS for PS2 titles.
If I transfer the ISO with WINHIIP its fine.
I only use the MDS file if I'm burning a back-up.
I believe the only way to change that (if you wanted to) is in the options menu of DVDD.

Just use Daemon Tools on your pc, mount the iso onto a phantom DVD drive, then install image from your phantom drive.

One other thing,
You get two files with DVDD right?
One is an iso and the other is an MDS.
When I add images to my HDD with Winhiip i select the .iso file.
But if I back-up to a disc (for use with Swapmagic I burn the MDS file.
