Anyone running USB memory card Exploit and a External hard drive on there PS2? Does it support the same amount of games as one inside the PS2?

I dont run the hardware like that but If I understand your question correctly, then the different softwares used for the PS2 HDD methods all have their own quirks of game compatability but when you break it down they are much of a muchness.

If you meant actuall quantity of games as in Bytes of data, that is only influenced by the size of the HDD you use.

I meant does a external hard drive have the same game compatibility as one internal(inside the PS2)? Is it best to put the HD in the system then using external? I know it would nice to be able to just take the external over to my PC to copy backups instead of taking the HD out of the PS2,hooking it to the external enclosure,ect.

I'd have to run USB Advance if I go the external method and HD Loader 7C if I go internal. If both exploits are compatible with the same amount of games I'd rather use the external method. But is USB Advance exploit compatible with DVD 9 games like HD Loader 7C is suppose to be?

well im trying to make a USB iomega work on my PStwo with swap magic 3.6 and HD freeloader but I think i need USB extream iso if anyone has it and would like to send it to me.
